Description
This course contains two lessons. Both of them are divided into topics. The first lesson will give you an idea of the ways children are being supported in Finnish schools. The second lesson is about pedagogical issues as well as arrangements.

In the first lesson I will share some challenges that a school leader and a teacher might face in a multicultural school with you and in the second lesson I will share my ideas of three steps for a school leader that will support you in your leading profession.
You will also find a voluntary assignment in the end of the second lesson, which gives you an opportunity to reflect your own ideas and share your thoughts with me. I will give you a feedback, of course!
